Every item sent to our customer has been inspected thoroughly for possible defects in order to ensure that you are getting a quality product.
We want you to be fully satisfied with what you have ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
All items to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number known as (RMA). To obtain a RMA you must submit a request at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In your request, you must indicate the following :
Our support staff will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours excluding weekends.
All returns must be made within 28 days of your order date. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 28 day period.
Ensure that all products you wish to return are physically in the exact same condition you had originally received them. Items must be returned new i.e. unused and with all the tags in place .
Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed or altered in any way by the customer will not be accepted .
All packaging such as bags, tissue, hangtags must be intact with your return.
Returns without a valid RMA will be automatically be rejected
Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Items that are being returned due to a sizing issue will recieve an "Exchange" for the same product in a different size or in some cases a credit of equal value.
The customer returning the item is responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. It is highly recommended that you send the item(s) via a carrier company that can provide you with a proof of signature. Note that we will not be responsible for undelivered packages sent by regular mail.
Please note that in the event you are approved by our staff for a full refund , the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you have received a defective or incorrect item and you have been approved for a full refund, we will reimburse the cost of transportation of returning such item up to a maximum of $8.00 . The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
